Further to the announcement of the Tax Department on 15th July 2023, taxpayers can now proceed with the submission of the Individual’s Tax Return for the tax year 2022.
Kindly note that:
- Obligation to submit TD1 arises only in the case where the gross income for the year 2022 exceeds the amount of €19,500.
- The submission deadline is on the 2nd October 2023.
